Track Your Order

Processing time: We try to ship your order within 48/72 business hours but in times of high demand it may take up to 5 business days for your order to ship.

Standard Shipping: From 3 to 9 days once shipped.

 

Order Processed: Your order has been placed and we are processing your order. You will get a tracking number from USPS and if you have purchased "package protection" we will inform you via email of the status of your order.

Pending: Your item has been packed and shipping information has been sent to the carrier. It may take 3-5 business days for the carrier to update the status of your order. In the meantime, your order is actually on its way. NOTE: If you see that your tracking information has been pending for more than 10 days, please contact us at help@zoiloco.com. We will give you an appropriate response.

In Transit: The carrier has accepted or picked up the shipment from us. The shipment is on its way. Awaiting delivery: The carrier is about to deliver the shipment, or is ready to pick it up.

NOTE:  Our orders are manufactured and shipped from the United States. We are currently experiencing small delays in shipments due to lack of raw materials.

It is possible that your order may be delayed 3 to 5 days, in any case, you can send us an email and we will help you with whatever you need.
