HOW CAN I BUY A PRODUCT?


Buying is so easy that you only need 3 steps:

STEP 1: choose the product of your preference in our catalog and the quantity you want to buy, click on ADD TO CART.

STEP 2: verify that your order is correctly placed and click on FINISH ORDER.

STEP 3: Fill in all the contact and shipping information, verify that your information is correct. In this step you can enter your Discount Code, if you have one. Choose any of our payment methods: Credit Cards (you must fill in the data) and FINISH YOUR ORDER...

WHAT PAYMENT METHODS ARE AVAILABLE?

 

You can choose either of our two payment methods:

Credit cards or PayPal, both securely.

 

I MADE A MISTAKE WHEN I ENTERED THE DELIVERY INFORMATION, WHAT CAN I DO?

Send us an email to help@zoilo.com within 12 hours after placing the order telling us what change you want to make and we will modify the information.

CAN I CANCEL OR CHANGE AN ORDER?

 

In this case please contact us through our email contacto@lemi.com within 12 hours of purchase and you will be able to inform us of your wish to cancel or change your order.


Please note that after 12 hours, our products have already been packed and are ready for shipment, so we will not be able to change the details of your order.

 

WHAT HAPPENS IF I RECEIVE THE WRONG OR DAMAGED PRODUCT?

If this happens, please contact our customer service team at help@zoilo.com to initiate the return process. The email should include the following information:

  • Order Number
  • Proof of Purchase
  • Video or photo of the product to be returned (if applicable*)
  • Complete shipping address
  • Phone number


*In some cases, you may be asked to include a video or photo of the defective product as proof of purchase to enable us to refund or replace the product.
 

HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE TO PROCESS THE RETURN?

Returns can take up to 14 business days to process from the day we receive your return. We will send you an email to confirm once your return has been processed. For returned items, a full refund will be credited for the returned products For non-defective items, the refund excludes all shipping and handling charges.

I HAVE NOT RECEIVED MY PURCHASE CONFIRMATION

The confirmation of your purchase arrives immediately to the email that you have left us contact, be sure to check the Spam, junk or other folder of your email as it is possible that it arrived there.

Anyway, let us know and we will resend you the purchase confirmation email.

In case you don't find it, just let us know your full name and contact phone number in any of our customer service channels to review it together.
